This is where we take a step into something more than a party. The most exciting thing is that if we just went down the list of everyone who’s shared their talent at Snack Time as a DJ, we could release music just from that pool and be set. More than set. That’s a testament to Midwest talent; the local DJ playing hundreds of shows fueling their city for $200 a night, the opening DJ playing their favorite music to ghosts, the old head who mixes circles around everyone but never ‘made it’, the DJ that played Snack Time in 2019 at @tvlounge at 5pm on a Thursday fore Free99, the unsung promoter bringing the community together with underground parties through tireless effort, the producer spending endless nights making beats but not thinking it’s good enough,
This is for you.
Come on home to Snack Time.
This is boundless dance music rooted in House and Techno.
This is Detroit and Chicago music.
This is the Midwest music
Where it all started.
Where you can feel the kick in the streets.
